All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

• Canada: 8–15 business days

📤 **Shipping Confirmation**
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking info to update.

📦 **Lost or Delayed Packages**
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us at **[samuraii1306@gmail.com]**. We will investigate and offer a solution (reship or refund) based on our discretion.

Seasonory is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

🔁 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

📌 **Returns**
We offer a 14-day return window from the day your item is delivered. To be eligible, your item must be:
• Unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received  
• Returned with proof of purchase (order number)

📝 **How to Request a Return**

• Subject: “Return Request – [Your Order #]”  
• A brief reason for the return  
• Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

We will send you instructions and the return address (do not return to the shipping origin address or warehouse).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.  
• We are not liable for items lost in return transit.
